BIEDRZYCKI
Attorney Biedrzycki is a graduate of Villanova University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Political Science and History. While in college, John spent two summers serving as a summer law clerk for the Honorable William F. Cercone, P.J.E. of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Judge Cercone was the inspiration that led John to select Duquesne Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2002. While in law school, John was active in numerous student organizations and represented the Law School in the Duquesne University Senate.
Following graduation, John worked with the firm of Cercone, Erlain and Associates where he handled criminal cases and plaintiff’s personal injury matters until starting his own private practice in 2007. John is a member of both the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He focuses his practice on Personal Injury, Business and Real Estate, Criminal Law, and Traffic Offenses / CDL violations. John has been selected as a Pennsylvania Superlawyers Rising Star in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
In addition to lawyering, John holds a private pilot certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration and enjoys flying around western Pennsylvania and beyond when his schedule permits. He has held a number of volunteer roles and is the Past President of the Allegheny Harvard Yale Princeton Club, and the Past President of the Upper St. Clair – Bethel Park Rotary. He is currently the Vice President of the South Hills Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Rotary Club of Bethel St. Clair and St. Clair Country Club.
